The ticket is valid only for the date specified. As a general rule, no exchanges or refunds are accepted at the buyer's discretion; for leisure services tied to a specific date, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply, pursuant to Article 103.l of the recast text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.

Each QR code is unique: it must be kept safe and not shared. Access to special areas, such as VIP, requires the corresponding wristband. Any validation issues must be reported to admission staff at the time; no subsequent claims for access to these areas will be accepted where they cannot be verified, without limiting any legal rights of claim.

Safeguarding of rights: all of these terms apply without prejudice to the consumer's non-waivable rights. Exclusions regarding refunds, discounts, changes of date or programme, and conditions on remaining balances shall not prevail where the law recognises a right to terminate the contract or to obtain a refund. No advance waiver of those rights is required.

2. Right of admission

The Organisation may refuse admission for objective reasons of safety or public order, without discrimination and in accordance with applicable regulations. Broken, tampered with or counterfeit tickets are not accepted. A damaged wristband may be replaced for 5€, provided the QR code is intact and verifiable.

3. Identification

The minimum age for admission is 20 years old. An original official photo ID must be presented: national ID card, passport or driving licence. Photocopies, loss reports or tampered documents are not accepted.

4. Recording

Recording or filming the festival with professional equipment without authorisation is prohibited. Professional cameras and equipment may only be used with the Organisation's express authorisation, respecting the rights of artists and attendees.

5. Prohibited items

Large backpacks are not permitted (maximum size A4), nor suitcases, bottles, cans, outside food or drink, umbrellas, selfie sticks, drones, sharp objects, weapons or other dangerous items. For safety reasons, persons who are evidently intoxicated or under the effects of substances shall not be admitted where their condition compromises the safety or order of the event.

6. Checks and verification

Admission is subject to identity and age verification. Anyone unable to prove they meet the requirements, or who refuses the legally established admission checks, will not be allowed in. Checks will be carried out proportionately and respectfully.

7. Use of image

Attendees are informed that audiovisual footage may be captured during the festival for information and promotional purposes relating to the event. Attendance does not constitute indiscriminate consent to any exploitation of one's image. General footage will be used in compliance with the regulations on the right to one's own image and on data protection; where specific consent is required for individualised images or promotional uses, it will be requested separately. The rights set out in the Privacy Policy may be exercised.

8. Changes to the programme

The Organisation may modify the venue, schedule or programme, including the line-up, for justified reasons such as artist illness or logistical problems, and will inform attendees through official channels. Non-substantial changes do not, in themselves, give rise to an automatic right to a refund. If essential terms of the contract are altered, the rights of termination and refund legally applicable shall be respected.

9. Official channels

The authenticity of tickets is only guaranteed when purchased through the official channels EnterTicket and vullkanfest.com. Counterfeit tickets, tickets resold without authorisation, or tickets bought from private individuals outside the authorised channels are not accepted. Each QR code is unique and not reusable.

10. Loss of access and re-entry

Leaving the venue voluntarily, or on the justified order of staff or the authorities, results in loss of access: there will be no re-entry or refund for that departure, except with security authorisation or where a right is legally recognised.

11. Force majeure

If the event cannot be held for reasons beyond the Organisation's control — for example, extreme weather, epidemics or airspace closure — a new date may be announced on similar terms, keeping the tickets valid. The proposal to postpone does not exclude a refund or termination where applicable regulations so recognise; the consumer shall not be required to accept a substantially different performance.

12. Change of date

The ticket will remain valid for the newly announced date. Keeping the ticket allows attendance without purchasing another; this option does not limit any right to a refund that may apply due to a substantial change in the contracted terms.

13. Refunds

In the event of cancellation attributable to the Organisation, the refund will be processed. The original terms provide for administration fees of between 5€ and 10€, or a minimum of 10%. Any deduction may only apply if transparent and legally appropriate: nothing will be deducted where a full refund is required by law. Other mandatory refunds will also be honoured. Transport, accommodation and other third-party services are not automatically included, without prejudice to enforceable liabilities.

14. Prohibition on resale

Resale or transfer for commercial, promotional or social purposes without the Organisation's written authorisation is prohibited. Any issues and possible changes of ownership must be handled through the official channels.

15. Access to stages and areas

Access is limited by the capacity of each space and may be restricted for safety reasons. A festival ticket does not guarantee simultaneous access to all performances or areas; special areas require the corresponding admission pass.

16. Reusable cups

The reusable cup costs 1€. It can be purchased with your ticket or at the venue, or you can reuse a cup from previous editions.

17. Payments and purchases

Cash is not accepted. Payments are made using a top-up wristband, which can be topped up online with the ticket code or at the designated points. Consumption tokens or vouchers are intended exclusively for use at the event and may be redeemed up to 20 minutes before closing. As an operating rule, they cannot be exchanged for cash; any balance required to be refunded by law will be reimbursed accordingly. This clause does not remove legal rights over amounts paid and not used.

18. Acceptance

Use of the ticket implies that these terms have been read and accepted, to the extent that they comply with the law. Acceptance does not entail waiving any non-waivable rights or consenting to data processing that requires separate authorisation.
